7 network devices with the same IP on the same network and can't change IPs Spiceworks Support.I am going to mark Tim's as thr best answer as it was his comment that made me examine all the services running. Hopefully if anyone goes through the same thing, this thread may help them. Thanks for all your comments, offering me different paths to investigate. I have also contacted the MSP asking them to get on with the removal of their agents. I think the reason it did return was that one of the ConnectWise services had a description along the lines of "checks to ensure (MSP's name) software is installed and running". I then disabled these services, deleted them, and removed the folder they were pointing to (C:\windows\LTSvc).Ī few reboots later and it hasn't returned. This is something I should have really checked for, but didn't. I then found that Connectwise has 2 x services (LTService & LTSvcMon), but they were named after the MSP - not the software. OK, I think I have gotten to the bottom of it! Firstly I have disabled the ScreenConnect service, then uninstalled the spoftware from Programs & Features in Control Panel.
